How to Book

It's very easy to book. Just send us an email or give us a call and we'll reserve a place for you. You will then receive a booking form to complete and details of how to pay.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 per person is taken to secure your place with the final balance payable 8 weeks prior to the course starting. Any bookings made within 8 weeks will require full payment at the time of booking.

Bookings are open to individuals, couples, and small groups. Please note all students must be aged 18 or over.

As the course predominantly revolves around catering, we regret that we cannot take bookings from people with food allergies or intolerances. We can take bookings for those who are vegetarian, though please note you will need to be comfortable cooking with meat.

Covid-19

We recognise that it is uncertain when international travel will be again be permitted. Due to this, we are moving our course balance payment dates to two weeks prior to the start of the course. Should you be unable to travel to France at the time of the balance payment date due to Covid-19 restrictions (within your home country, or within France) your deposit will be refunded in full.
